Learn More About CRPS and The Pascal Method!
Complex Regional Pain Syndrome is an imbalance and malfunction of the nervous system, endocrine system, and immune system.
CRPS is so rare that patients are often misdiagnosed and it can even take years to be correctly diagnosed.
CRPS is difficult to treat because it is affecting 3 major systems of the body.
Most people with CRPS quickly experience food intolerances, a weakened immune system, and in many cases lose the ability to walk, eat, and enjoy daily life.
From the Desk of Dr. David Pascal
Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), can be overwhelmingly painful and frustrating, so I would like to share an alternative treatment approach that has made a significant difference for many.
With over two decades of experience, I have dedicated my professional life to understanding and combating CRPS.
My expertise and unique understanding of CRPS have led me to be featured in documentaries and to train world leaders in neurological diseases.
I've developed a unique understanding of CRPS and the diverse needs of those affected.
My mission is to guide you towards a path of recovery through an an innovative approach called "The Pascal Method."
CRPS is a debilitating illness that strikes the nervous system, resulting in intense pain.
It's notoriously challenging to diagnose and treat due to the complexity and variability of its presentation.
Symptoms can manifest and fluctuate without apparent reason, and traditional medical methods often struggle to provide long-term relief. But the pain is just the tip of the iceberg.
Over time, it permeates your life, disrupting your sleep, which in turn affects your gut health, impairs your healing, and ultimately leads to muscle atrophy.
The Pascal Method is rooted in the understanding that your body is an interconnected system, and to heal it, we must consider it as a whole.
Unlike traditional medical methods that typically focus on symptomatic relief, The Pascal Method takes a multi-faceted approach.
Starting with a Zoom Consultation, we'll explore your symptoms, history, lifestyle, and past treatment experiences to form a comprehensive understanding of you as an individual.
We'll then carry out detailed neurological tests during your first office visit, using the results to create a treatment plan.
This plan won't just aim to manage your symptoms but will seek to root out their cause and halt the domino effect of health issues.
The treatment journey with the Pascal Method is unlike any traditional approach.. it is intense and comprehensive.
The average patient stays in my office for 90 days, during which we work together daily, exploring your body's responses, adjusting your treatment as necessary, and monitoring your progress in real-time.
Even if the initial stages do not bring about noticeable pain relief, rest assured that every treatment session is pulling you out of the well of pain, bit by bit.
I aim to identify such cases as early as possible to prevent wasted time, money, and unnecessary suffering.
As for the question, "How long does this process take?" I must tell you, there's no one-size-fits-all answer.
The complexity and individuality of CRPS make each healing journey unique.
But by ensuring a thorough, all-encompassing approach and allowing the time necessary for your body to heal, the Pascal Method optimizes your chances of successful recovery.
I am incredibly proud of my success rate and my team's dedication, but the first step must come from you.
To explore a new pathway to relief and recovery, please contact my office. Even if you're unsure, let's start a conversation. The light at the end of the tunnel is closer than you think.

The most important thing to realize with CRPS is that impacts the nervous, immune, and endocrine systems.
Drugs, surgery, or isolated treatments only address one system, symptom, or body part at a time.
Additionally, most clinics are relying on a cookie-cutter process that overlooks the individual needs of each patient. This is why they fail to bring people with CRPS into remission.
If you have tried prescriptions, surgery, and other isolated treatments, you might be wondering how this is any different?
To begin, The Pascal Method does not involve any surgical or pharmaceutical intervention.
During treatment, we are simultaneously evaluating the Endocrine, Nervous, and Immune System's response to every action we take.
Lastly, we evaluate every individual case before you come to our office to get clear on exactly what you should expect from our program and your results.
While we encourage you to watch our celebration stories and read more about us online, the best way to fully understand the depth of our program and our success is to experience it first hand in our office.

The short answer is no. Do not lose hope.
We have treated countless people with CRPS who have had it for 5, 10, even 20 years!
We haven't found any correlation between the length of time someone has CRPS and the results they can get in eliminating it.
As with any type of care, no healthcare provider can guarantee a specific result or outcome.
That being said, it has been my clinical experience that roughly 70-80% of our CRPS patients that complete our program achieve remission or tolerable levels of pain.
We have recorded some videos you can find on our site, and we often share these celebrations on our public Facebook Page and Private Facebook Groups for people with CRPS.
The Pascal Method works because we are simultaneously treating the nervous system, immune system, and endocrine system.
Secondly, all of our care is individualized to the specific needs of each patient and is continually modified over the course of their treatment.
This is why we are able to bring our patients to lower levels of pain and even full remission.
Because CRPS is so rare, most doctors and clinics have limited experience in diagnosing or treating CRPS.
Drugs, surgery, or isolated treatments only address one system, symptom, or body part at a time.
Additionally, most clinics rely on a cookie-cutter process that overlooks the individual needs of each patient.
This is why many doctors accept CRPS patients for care, but so few are able to bring patients into remission.
Dr. Pascal's experience and success with CRPS is why patients fly from around the world our office in Cary, North Carolina.
For most people, CRPS slowly spreads through the body and the symptoms become more severe over time.
It's been our experience that the sooner a patient begins care, the more likely we are able to help them.
Our early intervention and proprietary holistic healing process, The Pascal Method has already changed many lives.
Unfortunately, most people with CRPS do not know there is a holistic 3 step process to getting well and find the root cause of this condition to treat the body from the inside out.
